The names of major city destinations have been added to the sides of Heathrow Express carriages, complete with silhouette designs, to emphasise its international travel role.
The 12 carriages carry different designs incorporating skylines from the respective cities, all served by flights from Heathrow.
The named cities are New York, Paris, Barcelona, Rome, Amsterdam, Sydney, Dublin, Prague, Tokyo, San Francisco and Las Vegas. London has also been included as the home city.
Sophie Chapman, business lead and director of Heathrow Express, said: ”We know how important being able to travel abroad to enjoy new experiences is to people – we look forward to welcoming people aboard the Heathrow Express again and hope that seeing the cities displayed on our trains will help them get into the holiday spirit”.
