The ever-charming Nelson Mandela flies into London with his new fiancee Graca Machel. A regular visitor to the UK, the South African President stood and chatted to the media on the tarmac before being driven to London where he was scheduled to meet the Queen and Prime Minister Tony Blair. Later that year, he and Machel were married, a relationship that survived until Mandela’s death in 2013.
